Job description:
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, efficient deliveries, and a safe, well-maintained warehouse.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Alternating Saturday's 8AM - 12PM
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery routing
Maintain exceptional customer service and clear communication
Manage tag-and-hold orders and warehouse transfer processes
Receive and inspect incoming materials, document discrepancies
Maintain warehouse equipment and train staff on safety
Lead, train, and support warehouse personnel and drivers
Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and safe
Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy
Assist with continuous improvement and process updates
What We’re Looking For:
Previous warehouse experience: leadership/supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and operate warehouse equipment
