Warehouse Worker
Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm – 9pm

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Order Picker to join our warehouse team on the Early 2nd Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders using warehouse equipment and technology. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
*Please note: The warehouse is not climate-controlled, so temperatures can vary significantly depending on the season. It can be very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify incoming pick tickets
Use RF scanners and warehouse technology to locate and retrieve products
Accurately pick orders by quantity, size, and specifications
Build and wrap pallets for shipment; move completed orders to loading docks
Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
Keep accurate records of completed orders and report discrepancies
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role preferred
Familiarity with RF devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Ability to read and write in English
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Diligent, punctual, and safety-conscious
Good physical strength and stamina; able to lift and move heavy items
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
