Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with alternating Saturdays, 8a.m. – 12p.m.
Job Description:

As a Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training while working in a variety of roles throughout the branch. This rotational training program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our products, operations, customers, and company culture. You'll gain valuable experience from the ground up while developing the skills needed to succeed in a variety of career opportunities within Irr Supply.
Each trainee follows an individualized training plan focused on building the knowledge and competencies needed for long-term success. Throughout the program, you'll work alongside experienced team members, learn every aspect of the business, and demonstrate your potential for future growth and advancement.

Mechanical aptitude is a plus
A solid work history and a professional, customer-focused demeanor
Qualifications:
No related education or industry experience is required.
Candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
