We are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the customer experience, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through training, closing sales, and ensuring adequate showroom staffing at our three area Visionary Baths & More locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
After a period of training in the North Tonawanda showroom, gaining product knowledge and learning our companies procedures, this individual will:
Maintain a customer focused environment the ensures outstanding service.
Lead and inspire team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Communicate effectively by establishing clear priorities, expectations, and relevant information in a timely manner.
Take responsibility for creating an environment of learning through consistent feedback and selling skills training.
Ensure performance management is utilized to develop employees and identify poor performers.
Maintain awareness of area competitors and what defines or sets us apart.
Perform other assigned duties.
Ability to determine and shift priorities quickly.
Ability to carry out assignments with minimal direction or supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include weekdays, one weeknight, and Saturdays.
