We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pricing Coordinator to join our Purchasing Department. This role supports the team in maintaining accurate system data, managing item records, and assisting with the coordination of pricing and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient with computer systems, experienced with ERP software, and possess strong Excel and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
System & Data Management
Navigate and utilize Windows-based systems with ease.
Work within an ERP environment to maintain product and supplier records.
Perform system pricing updates and coordinate pricing accuracy across platforms.
Create and maintain item databases with attention to detail.
Generate reports from ERP and Microsoft Office tools for purchasing analysis and inventory review.
Microsoft Office Expertise
Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, etc.).
Prepare documents and communications using Word and Outlook.
Operational Support
Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Apply basic mathematical principles to calculate profit margins, averages, and discount percentages.
Support ongoing purchasing initiatives and communication with suppliers.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and ERP software
Demonstrated experience in system pricing coordination and database management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (advanced-level functions required).
Solid understanding of basic math concepts related to pricing and inventory.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong attention to accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
