About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Clerk to support multiple departments within our organization at a single, centralized location. This versatile role involves working across four key areas—Central Distribution, Branch Operations, Executive Support, and General Operations—to ensure smooth daily workflows, accurate record-keeping, and coordination of essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Central Distribution Center Support
Track serial numbers for equipment using spreadsheets
Follow up with vendors on purchase orders
File and assist with freight claims and resolve shipping discrepancies
Process incoming and outgoing warehouse transfers (WTs) and purchase orders (POs)
Handle shipping exceptions and ensure accurate documentation
Branch Operations
Conduct bin audits and reconcile inventory records
Investigate and report cycle count variances
Executive Support
Help prepare internal reports to support business decisions
Assist in planning trainings, events, and counter days
Provide general support to executive team projects and reports
Operations
Review and analyze cycle count variances for East region branches
Support operations management with data and trend reporting
Qualifications
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry
High attention to detail and ability to multitask across departments
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
