Job description: Outside Sales Representative – Pittsburgh, PA
Training Location: New Castle, PA / Oil City, PA
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; alternating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence in the Pittsburgh market. This field-based role focuses on servicing an established customer base while actively developing new business opportunities. You will regularly visit customer job sites and places of business to build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions.
Initial training (several months) will be conducted at one of our branches in either New Castle, PA or Oil City, PA to provide a solid foundation in our product offerings, systems, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales territory in the Pittsburgh area by servicing a designated list of accounts and prospecting new opportunities.
Visit customer job sites and businesses to quote, sell, introduce new products, promote specials, and assess customer needs.
Participate in a structured onboarding and training program at the New Castle or Oil City location before transitioning to the Pittsburgh territory.
Set and track sales and profit goals for your territory in collaboration with branch and sales management.
Submit a weekly call planner outlining planned activities and objectives.
Maintain detailed, up-to-date territory records and assist the credit department as needed.
Uphold a professional image through appearance, attitude, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus and relationship-building ability.
Reliable daily transportation for travel throughout the Pittsburgh area.
