Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (Monday - Friday), every other Saturday 8AM - 12PM
Job Description:
Irr Supply Centers, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. *This position offers hands-on training through rotations in multiple roles and branch locations throughout the Buffalo area.
There is no set time frame to complete the trainee program. Advancement is based on performance, development, and business needs, with the goal of finding the position that best fits each employee’s strengths. While there is no guaranteed end position, this program is designed to support long-term career growth within Irr Supply.
Responsibilities:
Rotate through various positions to learn branch operations and company processes
Work at different Irr Supply locations in the Buffalo area
Gain experience in customer service, sales, and warehouse operations
Learn inventory management, logistics, and leadership fundamentals
Work closely with branch managers and team members
Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn
Qualifications:
Interest in long-term career growth with Irr Supply
Willingness to work in multiple roles and locations locally
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
Prior distribution, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
