Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking to employ an HR Coordinator with outstanding communication skills.  This role involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities

Regions Available:
Niagara County

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including posting job announcements, pre-screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Review recruiting goals and assess effectiveness of current recruiting efforts while offering suggestions to improve the process.
  • Assist with health insurance renewal as well as the company’s annual wellness program.
  • Assist with workers compensation claims, and the administration of the companies safety program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in HR/Recruiting.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
