Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and alternating Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to noon.

Irr Supply Centers, Inc. is seeking an energetic Delivery Driver. This position will deliver product locally and perform various warehouse duties.

 

 

Regions Available:
Greater Rochester
Central NY

The Delivery Driver transports and picks up product for customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position makes deliveries and pick-ups promptly, keeping customer service a priority. Additionally, the Delivery Driver observes all safety regulations including driving safely and obeying all traffic rules and regulations. When not making deliveries, the Delivery Driver will help in our warehouse by performing general warehouse duties that may include shipping, receiving, picking orders, and material handling.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Complete logs and reports
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Must have a good driving record and a valid driver license
  • CDL license not required but must pass DOT medical
  • Preferably six months to one year of experience making deliveries in a flatbed or box van
  • Experience in a warehouse environment and forklift operation a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Industry knowledge a plus but not required.
