The successful candidate will have previous experience in a management role. Must possess excellent management & customer service capabilities including interpersonal and organizational skills, numerical aptitude and computer proficiency. It’s necessary to be able to communicate with staff and customers at various levels in an effective manner and be willing to complete administrative tasks.
Specifically the Assistant Branch Manager will do the following:
Supervise warehouse personnel & operations.
Maintain relationships with customers in a pro-active way.
Provide timely & accurate solutions to customer service, quotations, invoices, returns, inquiries, counter sales, etc. with a friendly positive attitude.
Warranty Claims/Defects - coordinate branch efforts in processing warranty claims in a timely manner.
Purchasing - communicate with purchasing department. Maintain branch's inventory to meet customer expectations.
