Irr Supply Centers, Inc, located in North Tonawanda, NY, is a leading distributor of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Refrigeration products serving a wide range of customers throughout Western/Central New York and Northern Pennsylvania.

Niagara County
Job Responsibilities:
Audits invoices received from vendors for product (PO’s) & approve for payment within vendor terms.
Audit invoices received from vendors for expenses and acquire proper approvals.
Cost invoices approved for payment.
Process credits for warranty claims
Vendor follow up and research for open invoices/PO’s
Able to effectively communicate with co-workers, management, customers, and vendors.
Skills & Experience:
Associates Degree preferred or 2-4 years Accounts Payable experience.
ERP experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
